Ordered our flowers for the wedding 10 weeks in advance and was quoted at €250. In the meantime, we were contacted by phone 3 days before the wedding whether the number of bouquets would remain. The day before the wedding when we wanted to pick up the flowers, we were suddenly quoted a sum of 410€, on the grounds that a stalk of eucalyptus would cost 4€, on the handwritten note sent 1 week later, eucalyptus suddenly cost 5 € per piece. We had previously paid €10 including shipping for a bouquet with 10 stalks of eucalyptus for other decorations, just as an example. Since you don't want to be there without flowers 1 day before the wedding, such an emergency is shamelessly exploited. Absolute incomprehension on the part of the managing directors, an invoice or receipt is not handed over even after asking, only the statement that these prices are now normal and you cannot estimate the prices so long in advance, a call would have been enough or you would have when you called the yes done... the flowers were beautiful but at this price and procedure and drama never again!!! Afterwards we were only told that we hadn't mentioned an upper limit, sorry the upper limit is the amount of the cost estimate, if you exceed 10% you have to contact the customer and not just do something.
