This is the best flower store in all Berlin. I am coming here for bouquets every week for years and I find that they always create something beautiful that exactly suits the occasion or person. I usually just give done vague idea of the vibe I am looking for and pick a few flowers that I like and they build something really thoughtful. The people who work here are also so friendly and kind!

I've ordered a dry bouquet there in May for early July. They were really nice and helpful, took my number and reminded about the pickup via phonecall. Agreed to some small changes while pickup. I love this piece so much, especially that (not intentionally) it became my wedding bouquet! Thank you!

had a very disappointing experience in this shop few days ago. came to buy flowers for a friend’s birthday, and the man behind the cash desk didnt sell them to me because he didn’t know the price as his boss has left already and the price was not in any of the papers, so he had no way to find the it out. I understand these things can happen, but instead of apologising for inconvenience and trying to offer alternative solutions (maybe bouquets he has the prices for), he was very rude, like its my fault and generally I just came so late. I came one hour before the shop’s closing time, which seems like enough in advence to get a decent customer support

Never had such a horrible and unprofessional experience before - my company gifted me a voucher for a welcome plant and this shop sent me a plant infested with red mites! I didn’t notice on time (I thought it was just a spider web) and now all my healthy plants that were standing nearby are affected…

I usually find it a bit unfriendly when I go in here and quite overpriced. However, my husband bought sunflowers for me here and by the next day this is what they looked like….I regularly buy sunflowers from florists around which are cheaper and fresher and last a week… but this was just a complete waste of money and so disappointing.
