I can really recommend it. There were problems with the return shipment because it was ordered via Otto, but it was quickly clarified. I can only recommend everyone to order directly from Nadir.
Ordered a rose bear from the retailer “Rosebear” via the website. The website is good, ordering and delivery went smoothly. Unfortunately, the wrong bear was delivered. The dealer then came to meet us with a little delay.
Have bought flowers here many times but the way I was treated last time: NEVER AGAIN! Had pre-ordered a bouquet of 40 short red roses 3 days in advance, paid a deposit and made an appointment for pickup. When I wanted to pick up the bouquet on the agreed date, the bouquet wasn't ready and I was supposed to wait a little. No problem so far, but the saleswoman then started making a bouquet of long roses. When I told her that I had ordered the short ones, she said: we don't have enough! But the bouquet with long ones would cost more than twice as much! Of course I was a bit upset and the saleswoman didn't like that at all. Instead of apologizing, I was told to go to another shop and buy the flowers there! After a heated discussion, I had no choice but to buy the long roses, but the saleswoman then refused and kicked me out of the store. Is that how you treat customers? I ordered on time, arrived on the agreed date. But they didn't prepare anything, no apologies, no understanding, nothing at all. Luckily I was able to get the bouquet from another flower shop and that's where I will go in the future. And recommend everyone to avoid the store if you, as a customer, also expect good customer service.
