I no longer understand. I went to Blume 2000 with my partner Thursday before Pentecost to order a bouquet for after Pentecost. We wanted to pick him up at 9 a.m. This was not possible, understandable because Monday is a public holiday and the shop only opens at 9 a.m. So we made 10 a.m., which was close for us but okay. Now my friend was there and got the info please come back in 30 minutes. And at that point I say thank you Blume 2000 for nothing. When we ordered it, before Pentecost 30 minutes before the shop closed, the order book was empty, they only had this one order for today, May 30, 2023. There were almost 20 more orders just before, but I doubt that would be possible. When we ordered I was asked what we would like. I wanted something with a sunflower in the middle and then other flowers around it. I got info, we don't know what we're getting and if sunflower is going. Then I narrowed it down to yellow would be nice as a color for the bouquet. Again I got an answer, we don't know if it's possible and if we'll get flowers in the color. I said white would be nice too, and again they don't know what's going on. So you couldn't tell me which flowers went or which color. I understand and say of course they surprise me. So they could do whatever they wanted, I understood. The only thing that really mattered to us was time. But I got neither the desired bouquet nor the desired time. Please Blume 2000 for my understanding and thank you for nothing. PS of course the bouquet became more expensive and we understood again.
Saleswomen were a bit overwhelmed on a Saturday. I queued for about 20 minutes to pay for a potted plant.
Friendly and quick service. Very good advice. Quality is excellent. You have something of the sea of flowers for a long time.
Unfortunately no more quality! Some bouquets don't last 3 days, and for 25 € I find that extremely little. Unfriendly, annoyed staff. Only one of the 2 cash registers is occupied, but 6 employees are standing behind the counter and chatting. The line just got longer and longer, and it's Valentine's Day! I will buy my flowers from other shops in the future!
