A beautiful bouquet of roses turned into a sad picture after only 6 days. When asked directly at the store, I was fobbed off for not caring for the flowers properly. Zero explanation and empathy!!!! My children consulted a flower shop and not a gas station. Zero recommendation for Tomfort!!!!!

Very nice range of cut flowers and flower arrangements in Hamburg Schnelsen on Frohmestrasse. If you need help or advice, you will be competently supported by the friendly and helpful staff. The range of offers is very wide and varied. A word about prices. Maybe one or the other feels the prices are a bit high. But I think that the freshness is noticeable and the flowers last much longer than a cheaper bouquet bought at a discounter. And here the bouquet is put together by yourself. So I'm always happy to come back.

Here we had our table decorations, my bridal bouquet, a bridesmaid's bouquet and boutonniere for my husband and his best man made for our wedding. All the arrangements and bouquets went together wonderfully and lasted a very long time. The flowers looked beautiful and the color matched our wishes. Thank you for the effort!

The two employed florists are top notch, friendly and professional. They tie great bouquets and give very competent advice. Which honestly can't be said of the older lady, I assume it's the owner, but fortunately she rarely binds. I'm always very satisfied.

Super unfriendly!!! The chubby one with the glasses as well as her employee, the wrinkled old one with the red hair, are extremely unfriendly. They didn't even know the name of the rose variety, it's really embarrassing as a florist not to know something like that. Wouldn't recommend and won't be shopping there again
