Recently I got a perfume from Amazon that came from abroad. Unfortunately the scent did not match the description.. I wanted to send it back. I received several return labels and also a QR code. In the hope that everything is going as usual, I went to the Schölzel flower house. Unfortunately, the e-mail I received did not contain the details I requested to be printed out in the parcel shop. Nevertheless, I received very competent help immediately. With help (I was slowly getting nervous) I was able to send the e-mail to the flower house. Then it was printed out immediately and the package was returned. In between, always a few reassuring words. Thank you very much, you really saved my day...
