Worse service ever!! I paid extra to get the flowers delivered for the 14th of February and they never arrived , called the service center and they provided zero help!! I would not recommend this at all…

Not big selection but reasonable prices

80 flowers ordered and confirmed on Monday for an event on Saturday. The store was closed when we picked it up on Saturday, shortly before the event started, and our concert had to take place without flowers. I did not receive a message/cancellation, even though the store was already closed on Friday. Not good enough.

Went there this morning at 9:15am, wanted a bouquet of flowers. An employee said she had no time... I should wait, she had no time for me. I was appalled by this statement. I asked how long you were open...until 6 p.m. I then said that I would work until 7 p.m. would you please do it for me now? She answered it wouldn't work. I work in retail myself, I've never heard anything like that before. Training would be good for your staff to teach them how .An treats customers...one star is too many. Best regards
