Professional advice, friendly service, good selection of flowers and potted plants

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any information about the quality and selection of the flowers. But unfortunately Mrs. Falk was very unfriendly and harsh. I would like to ask if you have the capacity to supply our company with bouquets and flower arrangements in the future. Apparently I started with the wrong topic, because I asked about Valentine's Day and Mrs. Falk immediately blocked that she would not make us an offer. I didn't say a word about a budget or money. I wanted to ask about your capacities first! Since I have no idea about flowers or their prices, I told her what a flower discounter (but we prefer to support a local florist!) was offering me, she became abrupt and said we should go to Aldi. Apparently Frau Falk wrote the word customer service in chalk on a blackboard in the rain!

Never go anywhere else. Ms. Falk chose my bridal bouquet and, on other occasions, several bouquets and flowers for self-decoration in an exceptionally stylish manner. She has an excellent sense of colors and shapes, you can trust her blindly. I've heard that a number of times and it's been confirmed to me on a number of occasions.
