We ordered a head wreath for our daughter. When ordering we were told that the wreath costs €25. When picking up you wanted 38 €! After a long discussion I had to pay €31.50. Absolutely unprofessional. Never again.

As a wedding photographer, details are very important to me. I ordered a bridal bouquet with a matching button for a photo shoot. This was done at very short notice and the advice was great. The bouquet was made exactly as I envisioned it. Thank you for your great work. I will gladly come again.

We had Fascino make our floral arrangements, bouquets and place settings for our wedding in August 2020 and it couldn't have gone better. We came with a color concept and were surprised with great ideas that matched our ideas. From candles and table settings to garlands and overhangs, everything has been designed and constructed to suit our considerations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and you had the feeling that you were in good hands. Communication was always smooth and timely. The woman who works there is nice and up for a joke. She also double wrapped my plant when I said I still had to transport it a good distance. It was then well protected. I'm not a great plant connoisseur, but I'm happy with the store.
