I was really satisfied there, but unfortunately I'm less and less encouraged and heard. Also, I get stuck in places I don't fit. I have also tried several times with supervisors to hold talks with the Alexians. But that didn't help either. All I really want is a solution that works for both sides. I've said several times that I'm willing to compromise, but little attention is paid to that either. In the meantime, there have been new discussions that have led to an internship. And that too, where I say that would help me, and that's where I feel comfortable. So I want to update my review!

This is a very nice facility for all work areas, highly recommended for disabled people.

I've been with the Alexian workshops for almost 4 years now. You have to have a thick skin and keep motivating yourself to go to work. Overall, I see the Alexianer as a company that promotes and maintains its own skills. My pro is the daily contact with the colleagues among us employees, where I feel comfortable. Working there also has a therapeutic effect due to the structure of the day.

Fresh flowers and garden herbs, now also with many self-produced from the workshops. The premises have been remodeled, so it is now compact and everything is easy to find. The staff are very helpful and make you feel comfortable.
