The one star is for the location. Otherwise, 99% of the employees radiate displeasure, zero advice, even if they are probably often not trained florists, at least some basic knowledge would be nice. Even the question of which green would be there is completely overwhelmed. No trace of creative ideas. Often withering stuff in the arrangements/bouquets. At such a top location, poor quality and lack of friendliness are obviously acceptable.

And this year, too, the forsythia branches turned out to be a bunch of dried-up sticks. Please remind me next year not to fall for it again.

In principle, the range of flowers is promising. Unfortunately, the florists in this shop sell bouquets that are so old that they are already rotting inside without batting an eyelid. When you then unpack them at home, the rude awakening comes.

I went to Blume 2000 yesterday to buy a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. I chose 3 smaller bouquets of roses and wanted to have them tied together to form a large bouquet. I was not even greeted at the checkout, but the employee was unfriendly to me. When asked if she could tie the 3 bouquets together, she just cheekily replied that she didn't have time for that now and that I could probably do it myself, although there was only one other customer in the shop and 3 employees at the cash register . I will definitely never buy flowers here again.
