Great store with super friendly and courteous staff! Endless choice, every wish is taken into account and even shortly before it is still accepted and implemented! Someone here knows the craft and masters it too! Customer appreciation is the top priority here! Nice to still have shops like this in Salzkotten! Definitely thumbs up 👍🏼

Super advice, great selection, very friendly and courteous staff - I can't understand the negative evaluation at all, it seems to have been a personal problem! Handicraft has its price, if it is too expensive for you, you can also buy ready-made bouquets from Aldi or Lidl. Our entire circle of acquaintances is also enthusiastic, whether it's a wedding, shooting festival or other celebration - we only buy here!

I've been there for the umpteenth time and I have to say that the business is becoming more and more unappealing (besides the high prices) from time to time. Customer service and friendliness is the last priority. Unfortunately, the customer is not a customer here and the staff is simply unfriendly. I recently bought a ready-tied bouquet and wanted another mini-bouquet consisting of a flower with greenery. That was probably wanted too much and a discussion arose and the staff was overwhelmed. To avoid the discussion I bought the bouquet, I'm out and I won't be coming back. And it wasn't the first time that you were treated so rudely.

Super friendly, very nice boss.... I buy flowers there every 2 weeks... They also have a lot to do, so the flowers are always fresh and last longer.
