I can't say anything about the quality of the flowers. But the customer service (never gotten a hold of anyone in eight calls and no reply to my email either) is abysmal.

I ordered flowers here for my wedding for a maximum price of 140 euros. The seller herself estimated the flowers on the phone at around 130 euros. So far so good. First of all: The bouquets were all very nicely put together when I got them. Then the not-so-nice awakening: The 130 euros have become 181 euros! That I ended up having to pay 50 euros more than agreed is simply outrageous! It was specifically said that in such a case someone should call again (which didn't happen because the flower shop didn't consider it necessary, as the email replied...). Since I couldn't pick up the flowers personally, I wrote an e-mail afterwards with my request and complained. I got the cheeky answer that it was probably a 'communication problem' and that no fixed price had been agreed on the phone. This is not true!!! because I said it shouldn't exceed 140 euros. So if you want to agree on flowers at a fixed price, you should probably get it in writing or do it somewhere else. Also an insight from the flower house could not be recognized in any way. You can also buy beautiful bouquets elsewhere - too bad!
