The 2 stars are only for the employees in this store. She is very friendly and took her time with my wedding and gave me good advice. The boss, however - impossible. I carefully asked if she would consider my offer for the flower decoration - I got several snappy answers & she couldn't change the fact that her PC was defective. In any case, the order has been canceled and a new florist has already been commissioned.
